Editorial Standards
These are the standards our editors apply to every guide on BestChildrenWagons.
Accuracy
- Manufacturer specifications come first. We cite weight limits, age guidance, harness type, brake type, fold dimensions, and terrain rating from the product’s official page.
- If we cannot verify a spec, we omit it rather than estimate.
- We do not invent star ratings. Editorial scores, when shown, are clearly labeled as editorial — not user reviews.
Safety first
- Every recommendation is paired with the safety checks a parent should make: per-seat and total weight limits, harness design, brake design, terrain limits, recall checks.
- We do not recommend utility wagons for child transport unless the manufacturer specifically states the wagon is intended for that purpose.
- We never claim a product is safe for a specific child. Manufacturer guidance comes first.
Independence
- We do not accept payment for editorial placement.
- Affiliate revenue is disclosed on every page that contains affiliate links.
- An editor’s relationship to a brand is disclosed in any guide where it could create a conflict.
Updates and corrections
Guides display an Updated date. If a manufacturer changes a spec, we update the guide and note the change. Corrections are made promptly and noted in the article.
