Data Privacy for Family Tools

BestChildrenWagons offers several family-planning tools — outing log, maintenance tracker, recall tracker, packing planner, and map / outing planner. This page explains how data flows through them.

Where the data lives

By default, every tool stores its data in your browser’s localStorage. That data:

• Never leaves your device.
• Is not sent to BestChildrenWagons servers.
• Is not visible to other readers.
• Is not used in any aggregated analytics.

What we do not collect

• Children’s full names, photos, schools, or precise locations.
• Family addresses or daily routines.
• Public outing routes or shared family calendars.

Map planner specifics

The map planner does not auto-locate you. It does not request your GPS unless you explicitly click a control to do so. It does not publish any plan you create — plans live in your browser only.

Exporting and deleting data

Each tool has an Export CSV button. To delete a tool’s data, clear your browser’s site data for this site, or use the Delete button on individual entries.
